The exact number of cats owned by T.S. Eliot is not known, but he had many cats. Some of them were named Jellylorum, Pettipaws, Wiscus, Bustopher Jones, Mungojerrie, Rumpelteazer, Bubbles, Xerxes, and George Pushdragon. Eliot was devoted to his many cats and catered to their every whim.
